Commercial RestorationCommercial restoration handles water, fire, mold and sewage damage at businesses, offices, retail spaces, HOAs, hotels and multifamily properties, with a focus on getting the property operational again as fast as safely possible. In Las Vegas, property managers and business owners call us for 24/7 response because downtime and closed space cost money every day a commercial property is out of service.See the service →
Reconstruction & RebuildReconstruction is the rebuild phase that follows water, fire, mold or storm mitigation: replacing drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim and paint that had to be removed, and putting the home back together. You need it once extraction, drying or remediation is complete and the property is ready to be rebuilt rather than just dried or cleaned.See the service →
RemodelingWhen a room has to be rebuilt after water or fire damage anyway, remodeling is the option to use that rebuild to upgrade it, new cabinets instead of matching the old ones, tile in a spot that used to be carpet, a different layout for a kitchen or bathroom, rather than simply putting the room back exactly as it was. Nevada Water Damage carries the project from drying and demolition through the finished room with one team, so moving from restoration into a remodel does not mean starting over with a new contractor.See the service →
Contents Pack-Out & CleaningContents pack-out is the inventory, removal, cleaning and secure storage of furniture and belongings from a home during water, fire or mold restoration, so the structural work can move faster and your items are protected instead of sitting in a damp or smoke-affected space. It is typically used when a room needs to be fully dried, treated or rebuilt and items cannot stay in place.See the service →
Sewage Backup CleanupSewage backup cleanup safely removes and disinfects Category 3 contaminated water from a sewer line backup, overflowing toilet or septic issue, following IICRC S500 standards because this water carries health risks that clean water does not. In Las Vegas this often traces back to aging sewer laterals or tree roots in older neighborhoods, and it always needs to be handled as a biohazard, not just a water cleanup.See the service →
Biohazard CleanupBiohazard cleanup is the discreet, documented removal and disposal of materials that pose a health risk, such as sewage contamination, blood or bodily fluids, or the aftermath of an unattended death, handled to the standards required for that kind of contamination. In Las Vegas it is needed after a sewage backup, an accident in the home, or a situation a family should never have to clean up themselves.See the service →
Asbestos TestingAsbestos testing is lab sampling of building materials, such as popcorn ceiling texture, floor tile, drywall joint compound or pipe insulation, to confirm whether asbestos is present before that material is disturbed. You need it before any demolition, renovation or water and fire damage repair in a home built before the 1990s, since asbestos was commonly used in building materials for decades and disturbing it without testing first is the actual risk, not the material sitting undisturbed.See the service →
Asbestos RemovalAsbestos removal, also called abatement, is what happens after testing confirms a material such as popcorn ceiling texture, older floor tile or joint compound contains asbestos and that material has to come out to complete a water or fire damage repair. Abatement is performed by properly licensed professionals in accordance with applicable rules, using containment and controlled handling so fibers are not released into the rest of the home, and Nevada Water Damage coordinates that work into the overall restoration schedule so drying, repair and rebuild are not left waiting on it any longer than necessary.See the service →
Storm & Wind DamageStorm damage cleanup addresses water intrusion, wind damage and flooding caused by monsoon storms in the Las Vegas valley, from a leaking roof and blown-out window to flash flood water entering a home from outside. Monsoon season runs June 15 through September 30 by the National Weather Service's definition, with most valley storms in July and August, and storm damage often needs both water extraction and structural repair handled together.See the service →Questions
Straight answers
Can you work around our business hours or guest occupancy?
In many cases, yes. We coordinate with property managers, business owners and hotel operations teams to schedule work in a way that minimizes disruption, though the extent of flexibility depends on the severity of the damage and any safety concerns.
Do you handle both the mitigation and the rebuild?
Yes. Nevada Water Damage carries a job from initial extraction or fire cleanup through the final reconstruction, so the same team that documented the damage also completes the repair, rather than handing you off to a separate contractor.
Do I have to remodel, or can I just have the room put back the way it was?
That is entirely your choice. We restore rooms to match what was there before just as often as we remodel them, and there is no obligation either way.
Do I have to pay to get my things back, or is pack-out included?
Pack-out, cleaning and storage are typically billed as part of the restoration and covered contents claim when the loss is covered by your policy. We document everything and bill your insurance company directly.
Is it really dangerous to clean up a sewage backup myself?
Yes, Category 3 water can carry bacteria and other pathogens, and cleaning it without the right protective equipment and disposal procedures puts you at real risk. It also tends to be less effective, since porous materials that were contaminated generally need to be removed, not just wiped down.
Will this be handled discreetly?
Yes. We understand these situations are sensitive, and we handle the initial contact, the work itself, and any communication with you in a way that respects your privacy and what you are going through.
Does having asbestos in my home mean I need to act immediately?
No. Asbestos-containing material that is undisturbed and in stable condition is generally not an emergency. The risk comes from cutting, sanding or tearing it out without testing first, which is exactly what testing before renovation or repair is meant to prevent.
Is asbestos removal different from asbestos testing?
Yes. Testing tells you whether a material contains asbestos. Removal is the separate step of actually taking that confirmed material out of the home safely, and it only happens after a positive result.
