Our Restoration Work Across the Las Vegas Valley
The photos in this gallery show the kinds of water, mold and fire damage jobs our crews handle across the Las Vegas valley, from active extraction and structural drying to mold remediation and finished rebuilds. Every job is different, and these images reflect general conditions we commonly see rather than any single, identified property or claim.
What This Gallery Shows
These photos come from real jobs across the valley, showing the actual condition of homes and the equipment and techniques we use, extraction, containment, drying and repair. We do not stage these photos, which means some show the difficult, messy middle of a restoration job rather than only a finished result.
We do not identify addresses, homeowners or specific claim details in this gallery, both out of respect for our clients' privacy and because the value of these images is in showing the kind of work we do, not in documenting any one property.
Water Damage Jobs
Water damage jobs in this gallery range from contained situations, a single bathroom or kitchen with a supply line failure, to larger losses where water traveled through multiple rooms or down through a ceiling from an upstairs leak. You will see standing water extraction, moisture mapping with meters and thermal imaging, and the air movers and dehumidifiers used during structural drying.
Because so many Las Vegas homes sit on a concrete slab, some photos show inspection and drying work focused on flooring and the slab itself, not just visible wall and ceiling damage.
Mold Remediation Jobs
Mold remediation photos show containment barriers, HEPA air scrubbers and the eco-friendly, organic treatment products we use, along with the visual difference between an affected area before and after remediation. Mold work often follows water damage that went unaddressed for a period of time, which is part of why early water damage response matters.
Some photos also show the inspection side of mold work, moisture readings and visual assessment behind cabinetry, under flooring or inside a wall cavity, since finding the full extent of an affected area is as much a part of the job as the cleanup itself.
Fire and Smoke Damage Jobs
Fire damage photos show both the direct burn area and the wider smoke and soot cleanup that typically extends beyond it, since smoke travels through a home's air system and settles on surfaces well outside the room where a fire started. You will also see the pack-out and rebuild side of this work, since fire jobs often involve as much reconstruction as cleaning.
Because fire damage is often paired with the water used to extinguish it, some of these photos also show extraction and drying equipment working alongside soot cleaning in the same space.
Reconstruction and Finished Repairs
Once drying, cleaning or mold remediation is complete, our reconstruction work brings a space back to a finished, livable condition, drywall, flooring, trim and paint. Some photos in this gallery show that finished stage next to earlier photos of the same type of damage, to give a sense of the full process from start to finish.
Commercial and HOA Properties
This gallery also includes general images from commercial buildings, HOA common areas and multi-unit properties, since our work covers more than single-family homes. Property managers and community managers can get a sense of what our equipment and process look like in a shared or commercial setting.
These images tend to show larger-scale equipment setups and containment, since a common hallway, a shared mechanical room or a commercial space often calls for a different scale of response than a single room in a house.
What to Expect if You Call Us
Your job, if we work on it, will not look exactly like any photo in this gallery, since every property, source of damage and scope of work is different. What stays consistent is our documentation, our equipment and our process, starting with a free inspection so you know what you are dealing with before anything else happens.
Restoration is not a single before-and-after moment, it happens in stages, extraction, containment, days of structural drying with daily moisture readings, then repair and rebuild. We photograph conditions at each stage of every job for documentation purposes, both to support the quality of the work and, where relevant, to support an insurance claim, and that same layered approach is what this gallery tries to reflect.
Questions
Straight answers
Are these photos from real jobs?
Yes, these are real photos from restoration jobs across the Las Vegas valley, not staged images. We do not include addresses, homeowner names or specific claim details.
Why do some photos show messy or damaged conditions rather than finished results?
Restoration work involves an active, sometimes messy middle stage, extraction, containment and drying, before a space is fully repaired. We think showing that honestly gives homeowners a more accurate idea of what the process actually looks like.
Do you photograph every job this way?
We document every job with photos as part of our standard process, both for our own records and to support insurance claims. Not every photo from every job is included in this public gallery.
Can I see photos specific to my type of damage before I call?
This gallery gives a general sense of the kinds of work we do, but the best way to understand your specific situation is a free inspection, since every property and every type of damage is different.
Will you take photos of my property during my job?
Yes, photographing the damage and the work performed is a standard part of our process and supports your insurance documentation. We can discuss privacy preferences with you if you have specific concerns.
