Refer ## Who you can refer Homeowners, landlords, property managers, HOAs and businesses anywhere in the Las Vegas valley that need water damage, mold, fire and smoke, sewage or reconstruction work. The reward depends on the size of the completed job. We confirm the amount with you once the job is scoped. $250–$1,000 per referred customer, based on job size Program terms ## Referral program terms - A referral qualifies when the person you refer is a new customer of Nevada Water Damage, signs a work authorization for a job you referred, and that job is completed and paid in full. - Rewards range from $250 to $1,000 per qualified referral, based on the size of the completed job, and are paid after final payment is received. One reward per job; if more than one person refers the same customer, the first referral we receive counts. - You must ask the person before referring them. We contact referrals only about their request and never add them to marketing lists. - Not available to insurance agents, insurance adjusters, public adjusters, anyone acting for an insurance company on the referred claim, our employees, or anyone where the payment would violate their employer's rules or the law. You cannot refer yourself. - Rewards are never tied to reviews, ratings or the outcome of an insurance claim, and are never paid by adding cost to a customer's job or insurance bill. - Rewards may be reportable income. We may ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 before paying, and may issue a Form 1099 where required. - Nevada Water Damage decides whether a referral qualifies. The program may be changed or ended at any time; referrals submitted before a change are honored under the terms in effect when submitted. Void where prohibited.
